Are the windows you offer energy efficient?

Yes – in fact, we consider this to be one of the most crucial aspects of quality window replacement. Because of many significant advances in technology over the past 10+ years, replacement windows are now more energy efficient than ever before, and at reasonable prices.

It would actually be a dis-service to offer inferior windows, even when they have a lower price tag. This is because the long-term cost of inefficient windows through lost energy savings is huge. You should always select windows that save energy every month so your investment in new windows can pay off over time.

Our windows come with an outstanding U-factor rating, which is the best gauge of the energy efficiency of a window.

Why do you recommend vinyl windows?

For most homeowners, vinyl windows are far and away the best choice. Vinyl is a less expensive option than wood or fiberglass. Vinyl windows are so durable they come with a lifetime warranty. You do not have to sacrifice beauty with vinyl – there are lots of terrific options to match any home.

And, of course, vinyl windows are virtually maintenance-free.

While we love vinyl windows, we are also experts at installing wood windows if that is your preference.

What kind of warranty do your windows come with?

Our vinyl windows come with a Lifetime Warranty. One big benefit to working with Allied Remodeling is that we always match our manufacturer warranty with a labor warranty. This means your window will also come with a Lifetime Labor Warranty.

We encourage you to compare our Lifetime Labor Warranty with what other contractors offer. You may be shocked to find that many offer 1 year of less, and virtually no one does what we do.

How much of a deposit do you require before you start my windows?

We do not take deposits or pre-payment of any kind. This is a point of integrity and pride in workmanship with us. We are so confident in our quality that we don’t accept payment until a job is done – and done right.

Again, we encourage you to compare our policies and accountability standards against others. You will find few that offer a ‘no deposit’ policy.

How long will my window replacement take?

Even when replacing all the windows in your home, it will be done in a day or less (usually less). In rare cases where more time is needed, everything will be discussed and agreed upon before installation starts. You will always know your project’s schedule.

What window styles do you offer?

Anything you could need for any residential home, we offer. We’ve been around 18+ years and our crews have tons of experience with all kinds of unique situations and they always get the job done.
