Who will be my project manager?

One of our 3 owners will be your project manager. We do this because it guarantees you get a point of contact that will be responsive and accountable. You will get the owner’s cell phone number that you can use anytime.

Our way of doing business eliminates the typical miscommunications and lack of accountability that plague this industry and cause so many headaches for homeowners.

When is payment due for my project?

Payment is due AFTER the project is completed. In fact, we don’t even take deposits. This is unusual – most home improvement companies insist on at least a deposit before they will begin any work.

This is about our integrity. We don’t want you to pay us for something when we haven’t done anything yet or when it is half done. When we have it done – and done right – then we will accept payment.

I don’t want to pay for my project all at once. Should I arrange my own financing?

You can arrange your own financing if that is your preference. But also know that you can explore financing options with Allied Remodeling. Do you accept all major credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards.

Can I speak with references?

Yes, we will gladly give you references. We can give you as many as you want to talk to – you should be completely comfortable with Allied Remodeling before you sign anything.

We strongly recommend you contact references for any company you are considering – including us. One of the best ways to quickly learn about any company is to talk to the customers who have already done business with them.

Do you offer a labor warranty?

Yes. Before we explain our warranty, let us tell you what is typical in this industry. Most companies give either no labor warranty or a 1-year labor warranty. 5-year labor warranties are sometimes offered and these are considered above average.
That is not nearly good enough.

Allied Remodeling always matches the manufacturer’s warranty on the product we are installing. If the product has a lifetime warranty, our labor warranty is also lifetime. If the product comes with a 25 year warranty, our labor warranty is for 25 years. We fully stand behind our work. Period.
